1. Our services are covered by a separate contract

This website tells you about our virtual assistant services. It doesn’t create a service agreement. When you hire a virtual assistant from us, a separate signed contract covers the work, pricing, payment, and other terms. If that contract and these Terms ever disagree, the signed contract wins.

2. Prices are estimates

Prices on this website are estimates, not offers. Your actual price depends on the role, skill level, and hours you need, and is set in your signed contract. We may change the prices on this website at any time.

3. No guaranteed results

We work hard for every client, but we don’t guarantee any specific business result, such as more leads, sales, rankings, or revenue. Numbers on this website (like our hiring statistics) describe our past results as of the date shown. They aren’t a promise of future results.

4. Using the website

You agree not to:

• Use the website for anything illegal or harmful
• Send false information through our forms or chat
• Try to break into, overload, or disrupt the website
• Copy large parts of the website or use automated tools to scrape it without our written permission

5. Our content

The GoodWorkVA name, logo, text, and design on this website belong to us. You may share links to our pages, but you can’t copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Photos labeled “Illustrative photo” are for illustration only and don’t show actual GoodWorkVA team members.

If you misuse the website or break these Terms and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including attorneys’ fees, related to that claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date. Using the website after a change means you accept the new Terms.
